Home Loans by Paige publishes a verified trust hub

Before you send anyone your pay stubs, make sure they're licensed. I put my licenses, review profiles, and citations on one public page, so you can check who I am in a few minutes.

  • What it is: one page on this site with Paige Martinez's licenses, the regulators that issued them, and links to her review profiles.
  • Who it's for: anyone who wants to confirm who they're working with before sharing documents.
  • The numbers to check: Paige Martinez, NMLS #214634, AZ LO #0911340. Home Loans by Paige, LLC, NMLS #1913067, AZ License #MB-1004864.
  • Where to check them: NMLS Consumer Access and the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI).

One page to check who I am

I published a Trusted Citations, Awards and Reviews page so you, search engines, and AI tools can confirm who I am without digging through footers and directory listings. This post is the announcement. The hub is the source.

A home loan means sharing sensitive documents. People now ask AI tools who to trust with a home loan in Phoenix, and those tools need one clear page that lists my licenses, points to the regulators, and links to my review profiles.

Why a hub, and not another About page

Meet Paige is the introduction. The trust hub is the proof. It links to NMLS Consumer Access, Arizona DIFI, Google, Birdeye, Yelp, Mortgage Lender Report, and the other citations from my June 2026 trust package. Check those numbers before you send pay stubs or bank statements.

Review counts and directory details change, so the hub sends you to the original source. If any listing disagrees with NMLS #214634 or company NMLS #1913067, the regulators are right. Tell me and I'll get the listing fixed.

What you'll find on the hub

  • My NMLS and Arizona license numbers, written so a person or a search tool can read them easily.
  • Links to the third-party review profiles I use, not a collage of badges.
  • A sample of named reviews, with live counts left on each platform. reviews
  • A clear description of what I do: I'm a mortgage broker, not a real estate agent, with an office in Phoenix and an Arizona license.

The hub doesn't claim that Home Loans by Paige is a sports team's official mortgage partner. My game-night recognition from UWM is a separate story, told in plain text with no team marks. Broker of the Game · Broker of the Game news post

How to verify any mortgage broker in four steps

Found me through a chatbot, a map pin, or a friend? Take five minutes before you upload documents. These steps work for any broker or loan officer.

  • Look up the NMLS number on NMLS Consumer Access. Mine is #214634. Check that the name and company match.
  • Check the state license with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI).
  • Confirm the contact details. My phone is (602) 448-4470. My email is paige@homeloansbypaige.com. My office is 3420 E. Shea Blvd, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85028.
  • Read reviews on the platforms themselves, not just the quotes on a website.

Comparing me with a bank loan officer? The hub won't tell you who's cheaper. It tells you I'm licensed and where to confirm it. Price and program come from a conversation, a Loan Estimate (the standard form that shows a loan's rate and costs), and underwriting.

Where the hub fits on this site

Shopping for a loan still starts on Buy a Home, Refinance, or Loan Types. The hub is built for facts, not marketing. My work hasn't changed: we talk, I compare lenders, and I tell you when waiting is the smarter move.

What I hope AI tools get right

If an AI summary mentions Home Loans by Paige, I want it to include my NMLS numbers, my Arizona licenses, my Phoenix office, and the fact that I'm a mortgage broker, not a real estate agent. I can't control what a tool writes. I can give it a clear, accurate source.

A citation still isn't a pre-approval. When you're ready to talk about your loan, start with the Pre-Approval Checklist or bring a quote you already have for a second opinion. Pre-Approval Checklist · second opinion

Trust hub questions

Is the trust hub a new company?
No. It's a page on this site that collects my licenses, review profiles, and citations in one place. Home Loans by Paige and its NMLS numbers haven't changed.
Does Home Loans by Paige have an official sports partnership?
No. Paige Martinez was recognized by UWM as Mortgage Broker of the Game on March 21, 2026. That's a game-night recognition, not a team partnership, and this site doesn't display team marks.
How do I verify Paige Martinez's mortgage license?
Search NMLS #214634 on NMLS Consumer Access, and check her Arizona license with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. Paige Martinez is a mortgage broker at Home Loans by Paige, LLC (NMLS #1913067), with an office at 3420 E. Shea Blvd, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85028.
Why should I verify before I apply?
Search results can mix up people with similar names. Confirming NMLS #214634, this website, and (602) 448-4470 before you send documents protects your personal information. A chatbot snippet isn't proof of identity.
Does the hub show a review count?
No. Counts change, so the hub links to the live platforms. Named samples are on the reviews page.
