Same person. Same phone. Wherever the house is.

Whether you're buying in Glendale or closing on a cabin in Flagstaff, you work with me from the first call to closing day. What changes from city to city is the local detail: down payment programs, HOA rules, insurance, and the property itself. Each city page covers what I watch for there.

What stays the same in every city

  • One person. You talk to me, never a call center.
  • The shop. I compare pricing, programs, and fees across my lender panel for every client.
  • Clear next steps. You always know what's next, all the way to closing day.
  • The promise. Communication. Responsiveness. Accuracy. Turnaround. Close on Time, Every Time.

What does not change when the pin moves

I am licensed in Arizona. Home Loans by Paige, LLC is the company. The published address is 3420 E. Shea Blvd Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85028. That is the desk. Towns without a city page still get the same phone. I will not invent a Flagstaff suite or a Prescott lobby for search results.

The program families do not change by city name. Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, DSCR, and refinance still have occupancy, property, and document rules. The loan types hub is the comparison. The city page is what the listing actually does to cash to close: HOA, wells, septic, snow, builder lock dates, county taxes.

Veterans should not start on a city page. Start on For Veterans, then we pick Glendale, Tucson, or wherever the house actually sits. Household situations sit on who we serve. Statewide assistance, tax, and license rules sit on Arizona home loans.

Phoenix Open Doors is Phoenix city limits. Home in Five is Maricopa. HOME Plus is statewide when the property and the borrower still fit. After a purchase, Arizona property tax is often not the seller's current bill. Confirm the assessor. Call or text (602) 448-4470 with the address, not the metro nickname.

Worth knowing. Send the city on the listing and how you will use the house. I will tell you which assistance map, which occupancy box, and whether phone and video from Shea still fits. I will not pretend every Arizona pin is a Phoenix suburb.

Questions before you pick a city

Do you only work in Phoenix?
No. Paige Martinez (NMLS #214634) is a mortgage broker with an office in Phoenix and a license that covers all of Arizona. She helps buyers and homeowners statewide by phone, text, and video, with local appraisers and title companies.
Do you have offices in Tucson, Prescott, or Flagstaff?
No. My only office is at 3420 E. Shea Blvd, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85028. Loans in other cities close by phone, text, and video, with local appraisers, inspectors, and title, and I travel when a loan needs it.
Does Phoenix Open Doors work in Glendale or Mesa?
No. Open Doors only covers homes inside Phoenix city limits. Home in Five Advantage works across Maricopa County, and HOME Plus works statewide. I match your address to the programs that can fund it.
What if my town isn't listed?
Call or text (602) 448-4470 with the address. Every Arizona town is covered by the same license. I'll tell you how the property and your timing fit.
