Home Loans by Paige, LLC
Accessibility Statement
Everyone deserves an easy way to learn about home loans and reach me. I want this site to work for you whether you use a screen reader, enlarge text, navigate with a keyboard, or need clear contrast. If something on a page gets in your way, please tell me. I'll work on fixing it, and I'll help you another way in the meantime, by phone, text, or video.
What we aim for
Home Loans by Paige, LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where those success criteria apply to a static marketing site. That is a target, not a certificate from a lawyer or a scan vendor. We design with semantic headings, visible focus, skip-to-content, text that can enlarge, and buttons that are large enough to tap. We write alternative text for images we publish. Decorative images should not steal the story from the words.
Mortgage language is already heavy. We try to keep sentences short and to avoid burying the action in a carousel. Calculators should work with a keyboard. FAQ blocks use native details and summary so a screen reader can expand them without a mystery widget. If a third-party embed (maps, Calendly, LendingPad) is less accessible than our HTML, that is a known gap. We still offer a phone path: (602) 448-4470.
This is not a claim that every pixel on every device already passes every automated test. Automated tests miss meaning. Manual tests miss pages we have not shipped yet. When we find a defect, we fix it in the source and publish a new version. We do not "optimize" that work by shipping a fake overlay that traps keyboard users.
Known limits
Third-party portals are outside our HTML. LendingPad's application, Calendly's scheduler, Google's map iframe, and review sites have their own accessibility. If the portal is the problem, we can take the application by phone or video and still collect documents another way. If the map iframe fails, the address is written in text: 3420 E. Shea Blvd Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85028.
PDFs linked from older packets may not be fully tagged. If you need a checklist in another format, ask. The pre-approval checklist on this site is HTML on purpose. Hero photographs are content images with alt text. We do not put the only headline inside a photo.
Color is copper on bone, not pale gray on white. If our contrast still fails for you, say which block. We can increase contrast in CSS. Motion is limited. If we ever add animation, it should respect reduced-motion preferences already in the stylesheet.
How to report a barrier
Email paige@homeloansbypaige.com with the page URL, the device and browser if you know them, and what you were trying to do. Call or text (602) 448-4470 if email is the barrier. Mail: Home Loans by Paige, LLC, 3420 E. Shea Blvd Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85028. We will acknowledge the report and tell you what we can change on this site versus what lives on a vendor.
If you need an interpreter, large-print printout, or a meeting that is not a mouse-driven calendar, say so. We can book without Calendly. We can explain a Loan Estimate on the phone. We cannot promise a specific assistive technology will be perfect on a third-party form the same day.

We also keep ordinary contact on contact and identity on Meet Paige. Accessibility is a civil requirement and a practical one. A buyer who cannot operate the apply button still deserves a human.
