On March 21, 2026, UWM named me Mortgage Broker of the Game at the Phoenix Suns vs. Milwaukee Bucks game in downtown Phoenix. It was a fun night, and I'm proud of it.
What happened that night
UWM, the wholesale mortgage lender, recognizes a Mortgage Broker of the Game at Phoenix Suns home games. On March 21, 2026, when the Suns hosted the Milwaukee Bucks at the Mortgage Matchup Center, that broker was me.
It was a great night out and a nice nod to more than 30 years in this business. On Monday morning I was back at my desk doing what I always do: helping Arizona buyers and homeowners find the right loan. You can read the longer story in my Broker of the Game blog post.
What I actually do
I'm a mortgage broker. Instead of offering one bank's loans, I shop your loan with a hand-picked group of more than 20 wholesale lenders and compare the rate, the costs, and the program side by side.
